Richard Joyce became a Board Certified Behavior Analyst in 2017 after receiving a M.Ed in Applied Behavior Analysis. Currently, Richard consults for various school districts throughout central New Jersey as a supervising BCBA of Registered Behavior Technicians, oversees Special Education programming, and has been supervising in-home behavioral programming for individuals with developmental disabilities (age 2.5-18) in various settings and locations .

Before becoming a BCBA Richard was a music major and attended Berklee College of Music, Mason Gross School of the Arts, and the Nakas Conservatory in Athens, Greece. ​
